Folder Blade Grinding Fixture

Designed and produced in house, this grinding fixture was engineered exclusively for folder makers. CNC machined from 6061 aluminum and 316 stainless, it will easily handle the abuse of a knife shop.

The fixture is designed to be easily adjustable while grinding. Dialing in precise bevels has never been easier. Blades are attached to the fixture by use of a 1/8" or 3/16" pivot and pivot screws (not included). The design allows for easy switching from one side to the other with no change in bevel angle or attitude of the blade.
